## Eligible families will receive a **free 12-month subscription** paid for by State of Maine DHHS, Office of Child and Family Services.

 

#### To be eligible for a free Attend subscription

####   Child enrolled in or eligible for *MaineCare*.

#### - If child does not have *MaineCare*, contact Help Me Grow at (207) 624-7969.

####  Child identified with Autism/ID or a developmental delay.

####  Participation limited to 200 families.

####  Final participation in the program must be approved by DHHS
